With summer in full swing, your safety is our top priority - in both your home and on your balcony. It is essential we carry out vital fire safety checks and maintenance on fire alarms, emergency exits and other safety systems to help protect you and your neighbours. It is also a great time to enjoy your balcony — but safety comes first! Please remember that certain items are not permitted on balconies, including barbecues, flammable materials, and large storage items. Keeping your balcony clear and safe helps protect everyone in the building. |

Hightown has created a new group, named ‘Thriving Together’, for residents with lived experience of disability to share insights and ensure housing services are accessible, inclusive and responsive to residents’ needs. The group will provide feedback on our resident services, highlighting what works well, identifying barriers and suggesting areas for improvement. |

How to protect yourself from SCAMS:
As the amount of technology and online platforms we use rises, so does the risk of scams and potential fraud. Follow the link below to find out more about digital fraud and how to protect yourself.
Tenancy fraud is a criminal offence. Tenancy fraud prevents properties from being available for Hightown to offer to people who are in real need of housing. |
