The Big Conversation 2026 took place last month, with colleagues knocking on the doors of tenants across the city. We knocked on 5,039 doors and spoke to 962 residents. It was great to hear what matters most to them and gather valuable feedback to help shape future services.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to speak with us. Your feedback will help us improve the services we provide and make sure we're focusing on the things that matter most to our communities.
If we didn't get the chance to speak to you, there's still time to have your say. Simply complete our survey by following this link. |

Tackling anti-social behaviour |
|
Our ASB team continues to take action against antisocial and criminal behaviour across Milton Keynes to help keep communities safe.
In Stantonbury, we secured a closure order against a tenant whose behaviour included electricity theft and tampering with electrical systems, creating serious risks for nearby homes. The court granted the order and we are now taking steps to recover the property.
We have also used closure orders to tackle drug-related activity in Fishermead, Netherfield and Tinkers Bridge. In addition, injunctions have been secured against individuals involved in violence, harassment and other serious antisocial behaviour in Fishermead and Pennyland, as well as in a domestic abuse case to protect a victim from further contact and prevent the perpetrator from entering the estate where she lives.
If you have concerns about ASB, please contact us on ASB@milton-keynes.gov.uk. |

Keeping your details up to date |
|
What we heard: Some residents told us they wanted more choice in how we contact them and asked us to better understand their personal circumstances when providing services.
What we've done: We've updated our tenancy details form so you can tell us how you'd prefer us to contact you and let us know about any support needs. The form now includes questions about communication preferences, disabilities, health conditions and accessibility requirements.
Keeping your information up to date helps us contact you in the right way and provide services that meet your needs.
Please update your details if: - Your contact details have changed.
- You haven't updated your information for a while.
- You have a health condition, disability or support need you'd like us to know about.
- You need information in a different format or communication support.
- There has been a change in your household.
You can complete the online form or request a paper copy if you do not have internet access. We may also contact residents from time to time to check that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. |
