It has been a big year for Dehns’ client Vilje Bionics and we are thrilled at their success. Their product, VilPower, is a full-arm exoskeleton which supports movement of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and grip by amplifying residual movements of the user, thereby helping stroke survivors and those with arm and hand disabilities become more independent when performing activities of daily living.
In addition to securing substantial investment, Vilje Bionics has gained recognition as one of Europe’s leading med-tech start-ups. Adding to this buzz, the company’s founders were named in Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2025, and team members were recognised among Norway’s Top 50 Women in Tech.
During the Q&A, we’ll hear from Maren Kirknes Fossum about how various aspects of IP management consulting have come into play during their R&D phase and their broader journey to commercialisation.
