We've had a busy summer, attending three play days, delivering seven community clear-ups, and carrying out several surveys and consultations, with a further three clear-up days planned in the coming weeks.
Catch up on what we have been up to and how you can contribute to our next steps as we enter Autumn. |

Have your say on our Competence and Conduct Policy |
|
Review our new Competence and Conduct Policy and help shape the final version. Your feedback will ensure customer views are reflected in how we deliver safe, professional, customer-focussed services.
We'll be sending a personalised survey link shortly. Please complete the survey by midday on Friday 11 September. |

Thank you for your feedback |
|
We received feedback from 251 of you on our Code of Professional Behaviours, the 4 Ps, helping us understand the service standards you expect. Your views have helped shape the draft Competence and Conduct Policy, which will be out for consultation shortly.
A total of 122 of you took part in our Corporate Plan consultation. The feedback and priorities you shared will be presented to Cottsway's Board next month.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts. |

Customer satisfaction surveys |
|
Our customer satisfaction surveys take just a few minutes to complete. If you receive a call from Acuity Research & Practice on 01993 688315, we'd love to hear your feedback.
We work with Acuity, an independent research company, so you can share honest views about our services.
You can respond anonymously to our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey but if you choose to leave your contact details we can follow up on any issues you raise.
Your feedback helps us understand what's working well and where we can improve our services for you. |

Video feedback in My Cottsway |
|
We're testing video feedback through the My Cottsway app and are looking for volunteers to submit a short video via the 'Cases' section.
Your video can be up to two minutes long and should tell us about your experience of Cottsway and our services.
Upload your video by the end of September and, once you've completed a short survey about the process, you can be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 gift card.
Videos will be shared with members of our Customer Committee. |

A big thank you to everyone who attended our Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week event in Witney. Together with local housing providers, Thames Valley Police and our Scrutiny Group, we were pleased to offer advice, support and information on tackling ASB. |
|
|
|
The Scrutiny Group has been reviewing progress against recommendations made following a previous scrutiny review of our Empty Homes Standard.
They have made further recommendations, including ensuring the standard reflects Awaab's Law, considers new energy technologies and provides clearer criteria around decorating packs. |
