Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) - Have your say! |
Does your child or young person have an Education Health and Care (EHC) Plan? An Education, Health and Care plan (EHC plan) is a legal document which describes a child or young person’s special educational needs, the support they need, and the outcomes they would like to achieve.
Help us improve the quality of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Annual Reviews.
Have your say and give us your feedback! Your feedback helps us improve and make things better for EHCPs and annual review meetings for children, young people, and their parents or carers. |
